What Inspires Me
Everyone has a nervous system. Our nervous systems respond to stimuli all the time - that's the way we're designed. Our entire system is reacting to what we're experiencing, whether we're aware of it or not.
My work helps people become more conscious of their nervous system responses, helping them understand what's happening in their bodies physiologically. This understanding helps people develop the ability to consciously shift from a stress state to a restorative state. Developing this flexibility improves emotional and physical health, creates deeper connection in relationships, and improves the world when we scale it up to groups and societal systems.
Basically I'm a personal trainer for people's nervous systems.
